Richard Spector

Richard Spector is an American leadership and personal development author, business consultant, and certified life coach. Drawing on a career that bridges military service and executive leadership, he writes and coaches on cultivating purpose, confidence, and effective leadership in professional and personal contexts. Spector’s leadership philosophy originates from his 13 years in the U.S. Navy, where he served as a Company Commander (Recruit Division Commander) at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Illinois. He trained over 800 sailors and was nominated for the Navy’s Distinguished Leadership Award. His experience as a Certified Navy Instructor and Command Training Team member shaped his approach to teamwork and performance excellence.
